Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached if capable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods (include hair accessories, hat and visors, all of our fashion jewelry items), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org ask for RMA (Return merchandise authorization) process.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (Please contact manufacturers for further action.)
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org ask for RMA (Return merchandise authorization) for item exchange service.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and they do not include processing time, It typically takes one day to process and fulfill an order. Estimate of the expected number of days that it'll take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities to your door. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 4-6 business days after receipt of your order. In-stock merchandise with expedited shipping (Premium/Express) are processed the following business day. Items from one order may be shipped in multiple packages. Gift Cards are sent via USPS and will arrive in 7-10 business days.
Currently we don't offer weekend deliveries. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 5-7 days. Backordered items cannot be shipped Premium or Express.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO / FPO addresses, and US territories
Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for $9.95 per order. Estimated shipping time is 6-8 business days. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories is available for $12.95 per order, and estimated shipping time is 7-9 to business days. We currently do not offer expedited or ground shipping to these destinations.
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
- Compare to the 48 Contiguous Unites States, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional day to deliver.
- Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
We're sorry, but we are unable to provide expedited shipping to:
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- US territories
- The Premium & Express Shipping option applies to US mailing addresses only.
Only standard delivery is available for U.S. Territories. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Standard Shipping & Handling usually arrives within 5-13 business days, Up to 18 Business Days for APO/FPO addresses from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Free Standard Shipping is not valid on international orders. For delivery to international addresses, we offer flat standard shipping service (as detailed below).

We use standard global shipping for flat rate shipping. Typical transit time for international orders is 1-2 weeks. Once the order reaches the ship to country, it may take additional days for your shipment to be cleared through customs. Customs clearance times vary by country and are at the discretion of the customs agency in the destination country.
Taxes & Duties
We are not able to mark orders as "gifts". Applicable duties, tariffs or value added tax (VAT) fees vary by international destination. Gift from USA is not responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. Our international shipping charge does not include customs duties/taxes, which may be charged separately by the carrier. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the custom agents to release your package. For more information please consult your local customs office.
We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees. All international shipments are final sale.
Shipping offer exclusions
Exclusions apply to all special Shipping Offers, including Free Shipping. The minimum purchase amount for each Shipping Offer does not include gift wrap charges, purchases of gift cards or tax. Offer applies to Standard Shipping to one location and may be applied to Premium or Overnight Shipping or an upgrade fee. Shipping Offers do not apply to prior purchases. Due to size and/or weight, certain items bear a shipping surcharge, which will still apply.
